RETURN POLICY


7 DAY Return Policy on regular priced items:


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item for another size/item or refund plus 15% restocking fees and less shipping costs. The item/s must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt. Late returns (1-5 days) will be charged a 30% restocking fee. If you decide to exchange your item we allow one free exchange and thereafter we charge a 20% resstocking fee.

If you notice your item is defective upon receipt we will send you a replacement free of charge. We don't issue full refunds on any items.

The buyer pays shipping fees to our store. If you live in the USA we will ship another dress back to you for FREE via UPS ground. If you live outside the USA the buyer pays shipping. The item has to be in the same condition it was received in, unworn with tags.

REFUND PROCEDURE:
Upon receipt of your return meeting with the above terms, we will issue the appropriate credit for the item less Shipping & Handling ($65 for interantional orders) fees and a 15% restocking fee.

All items need to be shipped back within 7 days of receipt.
Please note, if an item is shipped back after 7 days then a 30% restocking fee plus shipping and handling will be applied to your refund. The process for requesting a refund is very simple so there should be no reason why the item can't be returned immediately.

We KNOW how important this refund is to you and we will work hard to issue these quickly.
The buyer pays the shipping fees back to us.
International Buyers please note:

How much is my shipping?


Shipping is FREE world wide. The buyer is responsible for all customs and duties. If you would like to upgrade to express delivery simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I placed my order is my dress available?


Availability changes by the minute and we are unable to know availability of your dress until you place an order. Once your order is placed and the dress is unavailable for immediate shipment a b chic fashion employee will contact you as soon as your order is placed to let you know when the dress will be available. If the dress will not be available for your wear date you may choose another dress or you may choose to cancel the order.

When will my order ship?


Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
